The Roots Are Growing

What example are we setting? Are we setting an example of spiritual drift, or are we setting an example of prayer, Scripture, worship, service, and surrender?

Are we setting the example that we need to read study and pray through scripture, we need to live out scripture, we need to build a relationship with Christ? We need to be that example that Christ set for us!

1.      What is the church? 

2.      Am I living as part of Christ’s church?

3.       Who do I worship?

4.      How is my prayer life?

5.      How is my worship life?

6.      What am I offering God — my time, gifts, resources, and obedience?

The church is built on the confession that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God. Camp does not save us. Programs do not save us. Buildings do not save us. Jesus saves us, and He builds His church

Matthew 16 tells us the foundation: Jesus is the Christ. Colossians 2 tells us the formation: continue in Him, rooted and built up in Him
