Using the APP/Website for Tithing, Offering and other gifts

There are many ways to give in the Subsplash APP. First and foremost, all gifts are to used to bring glory to the Lord and go towards Kingdom work. We provide financial documentation on expenditures to ensure there are no concerns. Please see the Treasurer/Council Chair if you have questions.

It is important to know that there are fees when using processing companies. The church doesn't charge a fee but the banks and/or financial institutions are "for Profit" entities. If we could find a safe and secure source for free, we would use it. We strive to ensure that each dollar is going to meet its intended purpose.

There are different charges for giving because the processing rates vary depending on the payment method used by the donor. For Subsplash clients, the fees are as follows:

• Standalone App Clients:

• Cards: Debit - 2.3% + $0.30 transaction fee Example -

• ACH (Bank Account): 1% (no transaction fee)

• TCA, Web, & Giving-only Clients:

• Cards: Credit - 2.99% + $0.30 transaction fee

The reason one person's percentage might be higher than another's is likely due to the type of payment method they used (card or ACH) and the type of Subsplash client their organization is (Standalone App, TCA, Web, or Giving-only). Additionally, if a donor chooses to cover the fees, the fee calculation will be slightly different, resulting in a higher fee for the donor.
